When you create an account, we collect your email address and full name. If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive only what those services share with us (typically name and email).
We collect which words you search for, play, and save. This data powers our trending algorithm and helps us improve content.
Words you save to your Favorites are stored in our database and associated with your account.
Subscription payments are processed by Apple via in-app purchase. We do not store your payment details.
Free users may see ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may use your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) to show relevant ads. You can limit this via the App Tracking Transparency prompt on iOS.
We do not sell your personal information.

Account data is retained until you delete your account. Aggregated usage statistics (play and click counts) are retained indefinitely in anonymized form. You can request deletion of your personal data at any time.
Cyraknow is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
