Delete your account in the app

If you have Cyraknow installed, this is the fastest way:

1. Open the Cyraknow app and sign in.
2. Tap the account icon in the top-right corner of the Home screen.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm when prompted. Your account is deleted immediately — this cannot be undone.

Don't have the app installed?

Email us at support@cyraknow.net from the email address associated with your account and request deletion. We'll confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account and login credentials (email address)
• Words you saved to Favorites
• Your search history within the app

This data is deleted immediately and cannot be recovered.

What's retained

• Purchase and subscription records — retained by Apple and Google per their own store policies, independent of your Cyraknow account. We do not control or store your payment details ourselves.
• Aggregated, anonymized usage statistics (e.g. how many times a word was played across all users) — retained indefinitely, but not identifiable to you once your account is deleted.
